Many insurance plans will reimburse subscribers for out-of-network providers. Please contact your provider to see if they accept out-of-network providers. I am glad to prepare a superbill for you to submit to your insurance company.

Offices are located in Scotts Valley and Santa Cruz.

I'm currently having sessions online and in-person.

Although I share my office space with other professionals, we are not in business together as partners, employers, or employees. We are all independent licensed professionals.

I require a minimum of 24 hours notice by phone or voicemail message for cancellations. If you call within less than 24 hours to cancel or reschedule, or if you miss or forget your appointment, you will be charged the full fee.
Good Faith Estimate of Service

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical and mental health care will cost.
Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy services.
You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, including psychotherapy services.
You can ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service.
If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.
